You’ll be the front line to our customers and helping make their experience with Buynuse.com a success from the very beginning. This is a hands-on role and you’ll be responsible for a wide range of duties from planning, execution, analysis and growth strategy.
Work closely with the content, design, production, quality assurance and IT teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
Act as a direct contact to our customers to ensure the best Buynuse.com experience. Manage multiple channels of inbound requests including phone calls, email, and live chat.
Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer online reviews. Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly.
Oversee all customer issues and ensuring timely resolution of all matters. Provide thoughtful insight to customer concerns and work with the company to improve processes to enhance the WOW experience
Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
You should have minimum 2+ years experience in customer service and a deep love for exceptional customer experience.
